Event teams needed a way to visually design complex workflows, manage dependencies, and coordinate schedules without spreadsheet chaos.
Our solution
Built with React 18 and Vite, using XY Flow for visual workflow graphs, drag-and-drop with hello-pangea/dnd, TanStack Query for real-time data, and Recharts for analytics.
